As a result of Covid-19, the announced reinforced measures and the impact on both health and the economy, you have undoubtedly had to take difficult decisions to partially or completely close down your concessions and activities or to keep people working via teleworking.
As your IT partner, we therefore want to give you maximum support in these difficult, exceptional times with consequences that are not measurable at the moment. Our teams have organised themselves almost entirely via homeworking and meetings via Microsoft 365. Our online Support Desk tool is in use and telephony is forwarded to the right people.

Depending on how your work, XDMS and BI environment is installed we will give you the information below about the possibilities your company has to work from home.
Do you work with Office 365 i.e. Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive,…? Then you can log in via https://portal.office.com and:
Meetings and communication via Teams. Consult and share documents via Sharepoint and Onedrive. Send and receive e-mails via the online Outlook portal.
Does your XDMS environment work in the Azure cloud?
You have the possibility to work from home in the following way:If you usually work on a laptop, you can take your company laptop home and connect to the internet.
If you usually work on a fixed PC, you can see if you can take your PC, keyboard, screen and mouse from the office home and connect this company computer to the internet in your home.
Does your XDMS environment work on Premise or via your own server?
Then you have the possibility to connect remotely via the XDMS client. This requires an internet connection/VPN.
If you do not have this ‘XDMS client’ or VPN at your disposal, our System Engineers must provide an intervention per computer, taking into account the security of your environment.
Does your XDMS environment work in the Xpower data centre?*
Then you have the possibility to connect remotely via the XDMS client. This requires an internet connection.
If you do not have this ‘XDMS client’ at your disposal, our System Engineers will have to provide an intervention per computer, taking into account the security of your environment.

Then, as usual, you can log in via the web portal made available to you. (This requires an Internet connection).
